Black Nexus LLC, registered in the State of Texas, United States (hereinafter referred to as “Black Nexus”), enables its customers to book private transportation services through its official booking channels, including but not limited to telephone, website, and email.
Black Nexus itself provides the transportation services directly to its customers through its licensed and insured vehicles and drivers. No third-party service providers or agents are responsible for delivering the transportation service.
These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every agreement entered into between Black Nexus and the customer concerning the provision of transportation services. They define the contractual relationship, rights, and obligations of both parties with respect to each confirmed ride.
Conflicting general terms and conditions of the customer are hereby expressly rejected, even if Black Nexus accepts a booking without reservation. Any deviation from these T&Cs shall only apply if expressly agreed to in writing and confirmed by the management of Black Nexus LLC.
Black Nexus LLC (“the Company”) provides private transportation services directly to its customers.
By booking a ride with Black Nexus LLC, the customer enters into a transportation contract with the Company.
The transportation service is performed exclusively by Black Nexus LLC or its authorized drivers operating under the Company’s license and insurance.
No third-party agents or intermediaries are responsible for providing the transportation service.
The contractual relationship between the customer and Black Nexus LLC is strictly limited to the provision of private transportation services as requested and confirmed at the time of booking.
By submitting a completed booking request through Black Nexus LLC’s official communication channels (phone, website, or email), the customer submits an offer to enter into a transportation contract (“ride request”).
Upon receipt, Black Nexus LLC will provide an acknowledgment of the request, including the details of the proposed ride. This acknowledgment does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The transportation contract is only concluded once Black Nexus LLC issues a separate confirmation (“booking confirmation”) to the customer by email, text message, or other approved communication method.
At that point, the customer is entitled to receive the transportation service as confirmed, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We provide pre-arranged private transportation services, including but not limited to:
Airport transfers
Local rides
Events
Hourly services
Corporate transportation
Long-distance rides
Our services are not public transportation, and we do not provide emergency medical transport.
Rides must be booked in advance through our official channels (phone, website, or email).
Availability is subject to vehicle and driver scheduling.
Black Nexus LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion, including cases of inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions.
Fares are calculated based on mileage, with a minimum base fare of $50.
Selected “Quick Ride” zones are 50% less.
Additional charges may apply for:
Waiting time
Tolls
Parking fees
Cleaning
Damages caused by the passenger
Payments must be made using accepted methods:
Credit/debit card
Approved digital payments
Zelle or Cash
All charges will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip are free of charge.
Late cancellations or “no-shows” may be subject to the full fare.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Passengers agree to:
Wear seat belts at all times.
Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
Avoid carrying prohibited or dangerous items, including illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials.
Provide appropriate child safety measures when traveling with minors, in accordance with Texas law.
Be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
The fare includes the number of luggage pieces indicated at the time of booking.
Any excess or oversized luggage, weapons, or animals must be declared during booking.
Black Nexus LLC may refuse transport of undeclared items or unsecured animals.
Exceptions apply only where laws require acceptance.
If Black Nexus agrees to transport additional or undeclared items, additional charges may apply.
Children: Customers must specify during booking if child restraints are required and provide compliant safety seats per Texas and federal law.
Minors: Black Nexus LLC may refuse transportation to unaccompanied minors. Age qualification is determined per applicable law.
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity, communicated at booking.
Drivers may refuse transport if safety, capacity, or regulations would be compromised.
Black Nexus LLC may refuse service if required passenger, luggage, or animal information is incomplete or inaccurate.
In such cases, the company remains entitled to collect the agreed fare.
Circumstances such as traffic, severe weather, or events beyond our control may cause delays or cancellations.
Customers must accept possible waiting times or interruptions.
Compensation for such delays is limited by law.
Black Nexus LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.
Passengers appearing intoxicated or posing safety risks may be denied service or have trips terminated.
No consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, vaping, or smoking is permitted in vehicles.
Violation may result in:
Refusal of service
Immediate trip termination without refund
Reporting to law enforcement if necessary
Passengers are responsible for all personal items brought into vehicles.
Black Nexus is not liable for lost items except under specific circumstances.
Lost items should be reported immediately. Found items are stored for up to two (2) weeks.
Costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility.
Special cases:
Hourly rides: Items may be left in the vehicle only with driver consent.
Point-to-point rides: Leaving items in the vehicle may result in hourly rate charges.
All vehicles are insured and maintained per Texas regulations.
All vehicles operate under Dallas City and DFW Airport permits.
Black Nexus LLC is not liable for:
Delays from traffic, weather, or external circumstances
Indirect damages (e.g., missed flights or lost business)
Black Nexus LLC collects personal information (names, contact details, addresses, payment info) only to provide services.
We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Nexus LLC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific ride in dispute.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Black Nexus LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates take effect upon publication on the official website or direct communication to customers.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Black Nexus and the customer.
No other agreements or representations exist outside of this document.
Modifications or additions must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Black Nexus LLC.
